All shoes are guaranteed from manufacturing defects.  If you have a problem with a product purchased from USA Dance Shoes, please email info@usadanceshoes.com  or call 908 209 3500 for a prompt response to your concern.  USA Dance Shoes will cover all shipping costs for defective shoes.

All shoes and clothing can be exchanged within 10 days as long the clothing or shoes shows no sign of wear and the shoes have no scuffed bottoms.  Customers must exercise care in trying on clothing and shoes.  Shoes with scuffed bottoms, signs or wear or careless handling by the customer cannot be exchanged. 

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, be sure to Include a check forus to ship your exchange back to you.  Shipping charges depend on where you live and complete instructions are included with your order.

Ordering 2 pair for sizing:  You must call 908 209 3500 to get permission to return one pair for a refund.  If you order your shoes without doing this you will be charged a $25 restocking fee on all returned shoes.  If you order multiple pairs, 1/2 or your order is subject to the exchange only policy.  

 Special ORDERS:  Special orders must be paid at the time or ordering and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable..

If we caannot satisfy your complaint and we decide to give you a refund - We will deduct shipping charges from your order plus a $25 restocking fee.
