Guarantee:
All shoes are guaranteed from manufacturing defects.  If you have a problem with a product purchased from USA Dance Shoes, please email info@usadanceshoes.com for a prompt response to your concern.  USA Dance Shoes will cover all shipping costs for defective shoes.

All Sales Final on Jewelry.

SHOES and CLOTHING CAN BE EXCHANGED ONLY:  NO REFUNDS
All shoes and clothing can be exchanged within 10 days as long the clothing or shoes shows no sign of wear and the shoes have no scuffed bottoms.  Customers must exercise care in trying on clothing and shoes.  Shoes with scuffed bottoms, signs or wear or careless handling by the customer cannot be exchanged. 

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, be sure to Include a check for $9.25 for one pair of shoes.   West of the Rockies $11.25.   $17.25  for 2 pair, $20.25 for 3 pair, or $22.25 for 4 pair of shoes when sending back the shoes.  Return shipping for all clothing is $5.00 for 1 piece, $7.75 for 2 pieces, $9.50 for 3 pieces, or $12.00 fr 4 pieces.  Include a copy of the invoice and note the reason for the return and fully describe the new clothing or or shoes you want shipped to you.

If you ship shoes back without explanation, after the expiration date, or if they have been worn or damaged, they will be held and not returned to you until you pay the re-shipping fee.  You have 30 days to claim your shoes.  After that you have no recourse.
If you ship shoes back for an exchange with payment that have been worn or damaged, the same shoes shoes will be returned to you.

BRIDES:
If you want to order multiple pairs for sizing and selection you must first call 908 209 3500 and receive a return confirmation number.  You will be required to purchase at least one pair of shoes and you will be charged a $12.00 restocking fee for each of the shoes returned for refund.  If you fail to call beforehand you will be charged a  restocking fee of $35 for each pair of shoes  returned for refund.
If you send all of the shoes back and ask for a refund we will deduct a restocking fee of $40 for each pair of shoes returned for a refund.
