Guarantee:
All shoes are guaranteed from manufacturing defects.  If you have a problem with a product purchased from USA Dance Shoes, please email info@usadanceshoes.com for a prompt response to your concern.  USA Dance Shoes will cover all shipping costs for defective shoes.

All Sales Final on Jewelry.

SHOES and CLOTHING CAN BE EXCHANGED ONLY:  NO REFUNDS
All shoes and clothing can be exchanged within 10 days as long the clothing or shoes shows no sign of wear and the shoes have no scuffed bottoms.  Customers must exercise care in trying on clothing and shoes.  Shoes with scuffed bottoms, signs or wear or careless handling by the customer cannot be exchanged. 

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, be sure to Include a check for $9.75 for one pair of shoes.   West of the Rockies $11.75.   $18.25  for 2 pair, $21.25 for 3 pair, or $26.25 for 4 pair of shoes when sending back the shoes.  Return shipping for all clothing is $6.00 for 1 piece and $2.50 for each additional item..  Include a copy of the invoice and note the reason for the return and fully describe the new clothing or or shoes you want shipped to you.

Please send all shoes and Clothing to the Dance Shoe Exchange which will be printed on your invoice.

If you ship shoes or clothing back without explanation, after the expiration date, or if they have been worn or damaged, they will be held and not returned to you until you pay the re-shipping fee.  You have 30 days to claim your shoes or clothing.   After that you have no recourse.
If you ship shoes back for an exchange with payment that have been worn or damaged, the same shoes shoes will be returned to you.

We do not give refunds.  You can ship items back and receive a store credit that you can use for a future purchase or a gift certificate.

HARD TO FIT:  Please be aware that we make no exceptions to our exchange policy if your shoes do not fit. 

SPECIAL ORDERS:  Special orders must be paid at the time or ordering and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable..
