EXPRESS MAIL SHIPPING with the US Postal Service.  (You must add this to your order by clicking the proper item on the left side menu)  $32 for one pair, $44 for two pair and $56 for three pair.
 
Each shoe has the option for Express Mail shipping.
 
Orders received by 6:00 PM are shipped the next day except on weekends.  Saturday Orders received by 12:00 Noon are shipped on Monday.  Late Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped on Tuesday.
